We are delighted to announce Nuchatlaht First Nation as the newest member of the Iskum Consortium.
Nuchatlaht is a small community located approximately three hours west of Campbell River in a remote portion of Vancouver Island. Nuchatlaht is a member of the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council, which consists of 14 communities along the western portion of the Island.
This partnership marks a significant milestone for Iskum, reflecting our dedication to welcoming more Island Nations into our unprecedented Consortium. Nuchatlaht’s involvement will enrich Iskum with invaluable perspectives, and enhance our collective efforts in sustainable coastal forestry. We look forward to working with them.
